Loughshinny, Dublin, Ireland.
A small fishing village on the east coast of Ireland. This is where I had the absolute pleasure of growing up.

To say it was all wonderful may be a little white lie. I soon out grew the village and went on to enjoy life as a commercial fisherman out of the port of our local town, Skerries. The fishing took precedent over everything and later in life afforded me the great pleasure to travel and fish in as far off places as Dutch harbour Alaska and the Pacific ocean.

Through my travels and life this far, my experiences and gathering of knowledge has been for sure that which has brought me through some immense turmoil in life.

I began writing as a way to ouece together my life and try and rebuild myself as a man. I did not write to produce any book, my writing was a personal project. I gave in to the peer pressure and released my memoir. TWO sons TOO many, born and out there in the world. My first book, the first of now 4. The inspirational nature of how my writing inspires others which in turn inspires me to continue.
A second memoir 17 & Life, followed soon after and from there I could not stop. The writing bug has taken quite the grip.

So happy to have released my 4th book to date and will have a special launch in a local castle. Proud? Yes absolutely. I hope of course to gain your readership and keep an eye out for promotions on my latest nonfiction title, Layman's Handbook, a journey to SELF.
