About The Author...
Hailing from Washington, D.C., Darrell “DB” Bracey Jr’,is an up and coming author who aspire to become a household name in the urban Book Industry. Witnessing first and the writing success of it’s fellow comrade and author Jason Poole, who authored Larceny, Victoria’s Secret and Prince of the City, inspired Bracey to pursue a writing career of his own.
From there, he swiftly realized his creative writing skills, and started documenting his experiences by detailing the ensnaring claws of street life using artistical expression as a conduit. A life plagued with hardships and shortcomings further encouraged Bracey to discover his god-gifted talent, and was ambitious and wise enough to utilize his negative situation as a stepping stone to produce a positive outcome that would fortify his future.
During the stages of his adolescent years, he kept in mind a gem that he picked up along the way: “whether useful or detrimental, if you give a person with a creative mind enough time to think, the end result could be beyond expectations. That saying, along with a strong desire to provide a legacy for his family to live off of, moved him in the direction of authoring his debut urban, street tale entitled, Concrete Jungle, available now on Amazon and through the link below:
