My name is Giuseppe Irollo. I am 39 and the last twenty years I have been cooking delicious meals in my kitchen.
All started in my childhood when I came into the kitchen and asked my grandmother to teach me to make a homemade pie . She was visiting us only at the weekend and I really loved her cherry pie!
Since then cooking became my favorite thing.
When I was 17 I entered a cooking college . Then I started working in a local restaurant and in a year I became a shef.
I really like creating and emproving and I use it in my work. All my recipes have in incredibly tasty story behind.
In my books I try to write recipes together with funny real life stories. My principles while writing are accessibility, correspondence and easiness.
