Dude Not Perfect


Dude Not Perfect (DNP) is a pen name (obviously). My name is Eric Lodgins.

Dude Not Perfect is a name that represents the average guy. I'm that guy. I have a pretty good sense of humor with average income, average looks, average body type, average athleticism . I even have an average family - (wife - 2 kids - a boy and girl). I don't have a white picket fence, but I live in an average size city. Wow - that's boring.

So, what does an average guy have to write about. Well, I have an above average ability to see and make sense of patterns.

I pay attention to patterns of behavior, success, failure, work, sleep, stress. There's really no end to what you can observe. Once I do the research on a pattern like weight loss for example, I like to distill the most simple strategies to get the best outcome.

Then, the best part. I love to share ideas with people who might benefit from it.

I believe that true happiness comes from gratitude and helping others. The happiness pattern for me is to write DNP books in hopes that others can achieve success in their lives.
