Hey indie fans! I hope you like me. I've been told I'm doing it wrong, because I'm not following the mainstream formula. Wanna find out if I'm any good before spending a buck? Well, I offer several of my eStories free on a monthly schedule (2nd, 10th, 18th, and 27th) via Amazon. I won't even ask for your email address (but Amazon will).
I'm an Ozark hillbilly, a region in the middle United States, mostly in Missouri and Arkansas. (Available to speak at libraries or book clubs.)
I like self-contained stories. Ones I can read and not wonder how long until the final sequel is released with the answer to the initial mystery. I have written multiple science fiction stories in a consistent future (my "science fiction tree"), but each story is complete by itself, so far. I also experiment with different styles such as steampunk, romance, and one weird, extended metaphor using a symphony.
Did you read the one about the orphan who has to solve the mystery of his life, to unlock his abilities, in time to save civilization? Me too, a few times, but I don't write those stories. And when I read one of those book descriptions any more, (they all sound alike, right?) I keep looking. If you'd like a story you can enjoy and relate to, I think mine are what you need.
