After many years of working in the transportation industry, as predominantly a long haul trucker, I have now retired and have time to devote to writing. I have a blog called Monkey Hell, and I have written two books. One title in the horror/mystery genres, and one is a compilation of short horror stories.
All of my writing centers around Georgia, mostly around the Savannah area, since there is such a rich source of tales and legends surrounding this section of Georgia. I write some short stories which take place in modern times, but I much prefer to write about the 1930s - 1950s.
My blog mostly is about everyday rural life in the 1940s and 1950s in central Georgia. I plan to incorporate most all of my Monkey Hell short stories into a compilation in ebook format very soon. I'll have to figure out which genre this fits into, probably Americana or something like that.
I am also working on a sequel to Werewolf and the Blackwater Hag, and Volume 2 of Savannah Horror Stories.

Much of the rich history and legends of Savannah and the surrounding countryside is woven seamlessly into the story line.
This is an exciting nail biter that you will ant to finish in one sitting.
