After many years of working in the transportation industry, as predominantly a long haul trucker, I have now retired and have time to devote to writing. I have a blog called Monkey Hell, and I have written two books. One title in the horror/mystery genres, and one is a compilation of short horror stories.

All of my writing centers around Georgia, mostly around the Savannah area, since there is such a rich source of tales and legends surrounding this section of Georgia. I write some short stories which take place in modern times, but I much prefer to write about the 1930s - 1950s.

My blog mostly is about everyday rural life in the 1940s and 1950s in central Georgia. I plan to incorporate most all of my Monkey Hell short stories into a compilation in ebook format very soon. I'll have to figure out which genre this fits into, probably Americana or something like that.

I am also working on a sequel to Werewolf and the Blackwater Hag, and Volume 2 of Savannah Horror Stories.

BOOK BREAK

Werewolf and the Blackwater Hag Fiction - Suspense / Thriller

Book Title - Werewolf and the Blackwater Hag
Author Jimmy Stille

Synopsis:The year is 1936. Tyler Pittman is a timid, cowardly reporter from Savannah, Georgia. He has moved to the ourskirts of Savannah to the tiny community of Black Ankle.

He is viciously attacked by a werewolf, and from there his life spirals in many unexpected directions. His mettle is tested in ways that he never dreamed possible. He is pursued by moonshiners, and a host of other dastardly characters, and all the while he is under the unseen contol of a force he doesn't yet understand.

He is aided by a friendly beekeeper, and an old black man whose father was a slave freed by General Sherman on his march through Georgia.

He encounters many strange tales such as the Legend of Spanish moss during his exciting quest.

Much of the rich history and legends of Savannah and the surrounding countryside is woven seamlessly into the story line.

This is an exciting nail biter that you will ant to finish in one sitting.

Five Star rated at Amazon.
