Stuart Macmillan was born in England in 1961 and emigrated to New Zealand in 1974 with his Father where he completed his secondary education. While working he studied by correspondence in commercial law, accounting, economics, psychology and human development.
Since 1992 he has put his hand to many successful enterprises and founded the Character Education Programmes of New Zealand (www.cepnz.com) with his wife Elizabeth in 2002.
Since then, he has put his expertise and underlying passions of work ethics, personal development, study and education into becoming a prolific writer of resources to assist teachers.
Stuart is a personal motivator and the author of over 30 education packages from preventing bullying and reducing truancy to general studies and education, values development and life skills.
The CEPNZ now supplies books and resources to 75% of schools in New Zealand and exports to 4 other countries.
