BOOK BREAK

My Woman-Child Fiction - Romance

As Heidi prepares for a fun filled night at the newest and hottest club in the college town she has called home for four years, the last person she expects to see is the one man she has wanted for years. When she opens the door of her apartment to find this man standing there, looking better than any man has a right to look, Heidi quickly replaces the surprised look on her face with a devilish grin. Knowing that time spent with this man could lead to crossing a line that she swore she never would cross, Heidi decides to flirt with danger and have some fun anyway.

Excerpt:
Heidi was young, just three months shy of twenty-two, slender, with perky breasts and a cute butt. Her height of five feet, five inches was the only thing that stood between her and the wonderful world of modeling, a world into which she longed to be welcomed. “In these heels, I could stomp any runway,” she said to the woman-child looking back at her.

Heidi picked up the little black purse that completed her perfect ensemble, tossed her loosely curled long blonde hair a couple of times to give it that “play with me look”, and headed for the door.

********

Joe set his empty beer can on Heidi’s shiny glass table and stood up. He walked slowly toward her, standing so close to her now that she could smell the beer on his breath, the one manly scent that Heidi could not resist.

Lost in her lusty daydream, Heidi flinched when she felt Joe’s hand on the small of her back. He immediately stepped back.

“A bit jumpy, are we?” he teased.

********

Joe parked his truck, and Heidi reached for the door handle. Then she felt Joe’s hot heavy hand on her thigh, his fingers made thick from years of hard work on the farm pressed firmly on her inner thigh nearing her crotch.

“Excuse me,” she said firmly.

“Oh, please, you think I’m trying to cop a feel from you? Just a word of caution, Heidi. You may want to try and stay on your feet tonight. A good crotch shot is something that the young studs in there should pay for, don’t you think?”

Heidi roughly pulled Joe’s hand from her thigh and slammed it down on the seat of the truck. “I’ll keep that in mind,” she said, and glared at Joe.

A Brother's Revenge Fiction - Romance

Introduction:
A young bride, Jan is eager to begin her life with her new husband. When Jan’s husband is away on an extended business trip, his sexy younger brother shows Jan every kindness, reminding her of the carefree days she enjoyed as a single woman. Time spent with the fun loving brother is a welcome reprieve from the lectures of proper behavior given by Jan’s mother-in-law. Stern warnings by the older woman to stay away from this man go unheeded by the newlywed, drawing Jan closer and closer to the brother whose intentions are not as they seem and whose identity is a closely guarded family secret.

Excerpt:
Charm had drawn Jan to John, charm and the sexy swagger in his walk. John had a slight southern accent, though he had grown up in the north. Jan often teased him about his southern accent, and John would smile and come back with some far fetched story of how he had acquired his slight drawl. One time John had told Jan that he had been stolen as a baby and raised by gypsies. John’s sense of humor only added to his charm, and John’s charm had taken Jan’s breath away from their very first date.

Now Jan was Mrs. John Powell, though she insisted that she be addressed by her first name, and she also insisted that she was not Mrs. John Powell. She was Mrs. Jan Powell.

********

After drinking the glass of wine so quickly and after feeling the soft lips of Kent, his beard tickling her, Jan no longer knew what she had meant. It had been a long time since she had been kissed, or at least it seemed that way to Jan. She missed John. She missed the weight of a man’s body on hers. She needed a man. She needed John.

Jan set her glass down and began to move away when she felt Kent’s strong arms pull her to him. He kissed her cheek and then he kissed the side of her neck. He smelled so good that Jan found him hard to resist.

“Kent, I can’t,” she started, but his lips had moved to hers.

********

Jan couldn’t wait to hear some dirt on the woman who was determined to make her life miserable.

“When Mr. Powell was in the service, it seems that his lovely bride couldn’t keep her panties on,” Martha continued, her laughter sinister.

“What is it, Martha? What did my holier-than-thou mother-in-law do?”

“She had an affair, Jan, with some guy who lived right here in Greenport, but he moved away.”

Janie's Cowboy Fiction - Romance

Twenty-one and separated, Janie is determined not to get serious with anyone for a long time. There is one man, however, who Janie cannot resist and tonight she has planned his seduction. This man, the object of Janie’s desire, has known Janie for a long time and thinks of her as nothing more than a kid. A determined yet inexperienced seductress, Janie quickly finds herself in unfamiliar territory and perhaps in too deep with a man whose maturity and experience are far greater than young Janie’s.

Excerpt:
The man that Janie wanted was not someone famous, or a prince, or some super rich man. The man Janie wanted was a cowboy, and she had known him for years. Janie thought this man was gorgeous with his jet black hair that went on and on, his deep set blue eyes, and of course the way he walked in his cowboy boots. It made his butt look sexier than ever. This man, the object of Janie’s lust and desire, had no idea that she wanted him. She had hidden her desire for this man very well for many years.

The only way Janie thought that she would have even the slightest chance of getting this man into her bed was to get him alone somehow and seduce him, and she had devised a foolproof plan.

****************

Dave turned to her, the usual smirk forming on his lips, his deep blue eyes mesmerizing.

“What are you doing here, kid?” he demanded.

“Is that your usual greeting, or did you save that one just for me?”

“I mean it, Janie. This is not the place for you.”

Janie tried not to lose her cool. She knew that what Dave really meant was that she was too young to be here.

“This is exactly the place for me. I’m divorced now, remember?”

Popping another peanut in his mouth, Dave corrected her. “I believe that you are separated, my dear.”

This was not going to be easy at all. Janie tried her pouty face on Dave. “I know,” she said, looking down.

A Cowboy's Touch Fiction - Romance

Following a heated argument with her boyfriend, Shannon is on her way home when her car begins to swerve from the beating rain. Forced to turn off onto a country road that quickly turns to mud, Shannon soon finds herself in a ditch surrounded by rising water. A loud tapping on Shannon’s car window brings her face to face with an unlikely rescuer.

Excerpt:
Shannon looked around, but could see nothing other than the pouring rain. Shannon had turned to retrieve something from her purse when the loud tapping on her car window scared the crap out of her. She turned and quickly locked her door.

“Who are you?” she demanded.

“Let me in, Shannon. It’s Dan.”

********

Shannon lay on the sofa in her panties and Dan’s shirt, and Dan lay in his bed, naked. Both stared at the ceiling, images of the other streaming through their minds like a slideshow. Shannon could hear the beating rain and it sounded like the entire house could come crashing down at any moment. The wind made an eerie sound at the front door of Dan’s old farmhouse. Shannon pulled the covers up and over her head, hoping to block out the noise. A loud gust of wind made her sit bolt upright.

Shannon pulled the covers around her and walked quietly into Dan’s room. He was sound asleep, lying on his back, the covers pulled to his waist. He was naked from the waist up, but that was no big deal. He was just a hairy guy, a very hairy guy. For a moment, Shannon tried to picture him waxed, totally hairless, and she stifled a giggle. He wouldn’t be Danny without his hair.

Shannon knew that Dan was sound asleep because of his soft snoring, and she hated to wake him. Nothing would ever happen between the two of them, sexually that is, so maybe she could just sleep on the edge of his bed. She could sneak out to the sofa bed in the morning before Dan woke up.
